Get ready for warm weather with a no-fuss grilling class... Join us outside of Mithcell Hall as we get ready for warm weather with a no-fuss grilling class. Learn marinating basics and the secret to perfect grill marks by preparing flank steak with chimi churri sauce. You’ll also learn to make sweet potato fries with hot honey drizzle and grilled corn with cotija cheese and chive butter. The class will finish on a sweet note with grilled pineapple ice cream sundaes. Instructor: Amanda Selvey In-Person/Outdoors Mask use: In accordance with federal and local guidance, mask wearing is required for anyone while indoors at Columbus State Community College events. Parking: We are located at 250 Cleveland Ave, Columbus Ohio 43215 You can park in any of the lots surrounding the building. Parking is free.
