m a partially disabled person who is in need of a handyman for little things, doing this and that, not home reconstruction and such. I live in a studio apartment in Woodside queens NY. Being relatively local to me I would think would be important since we are not talking about a lot of money here. On top of being partial disabled-challenged, I am absolutely mechanically-challenged. Moreover due to this pandemic, and even before that, I am not flush with cash. Though but of course you must be compensated for your time. Hence I am seeking a handyman who can work at reasonable rates. I much prefer an hourly rate as opposed to rate-per-job as little things are hard to value in my opinion: it is more about the time doing these little things. Accordingly, please tell me what hourly rate you would be comfortable with. I am seeking an old-fashioned type of handyman who can do little things, as I do not need any major projects done whatsoeve
