Local custom homebuilder Napier Inc of Pensacola seeking an assistant superintendent with tool and skills to help us complete high end custom homes. Or projects are typically located in Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach. Our current need is for someone that is highly skilled with tools to perform “punch list needed to finish our homes to our high standards. This person must be interested in moving into a full time Superintendent position to oversee projects and report back to the Project Manager. The applicant must be good interacting with people, especially our high-end clients, have stable transportation, be drug free, and be able to provide evidence of similar job experience.
