Come aboard the Hannah Glover for a two-hour Sunset Cruise to fight hardship in Lawrence! Set out from the Pickering Wharf Marina in Salem MA to enjoy appetizers, an exciting raffle, and seeing old friends (or making new ones) - as you enjoy a beautiful sunset out on the water.After such a challenging year apart, it's time to come together to celebrate our community and support ongoing efforts to assist our neighbors facing food insecurity.Proceeds support Bread & Roses' programs serving Lawrence and the Merrimack Valley - including community food outreach, emergency pantry services, access to laundry services, and other critical supports.Grab your tickets now - space is limited and our events always sell out! CASH BAR RAFFLE & GIVING BOARD Boarding begins at 6:30 PM. Please print and bring your ticket confirmation or your phone/tablet with email confirmation. Attire is "Dressy-Casual" -bring a jacket, as it may be breezy on the water. Small children are not recommended for this event.This event is wheelchair accessible.There will be the chance to buy raffle tickets for exciting items and to donate directly to support Bread & Roses programs fighting huger in Lawrence.There is public parking available close by at South Harbor Garage, 10 Congress Street, Salem, MA 01970 at $1.50/hour. Since 1980, Bread & Roses has been meeting the life, health and safety needs of thousands in Greater Lawrence most at-risk of hunger and hardship with dignity and respect - through evening meals, community food outreach, pantry services, health services, case management, essential needs items and access to laundry services. All in need have access to services free of charge - regardless of residential, legal or income status.
