Mom's Yoga Class on Saturday, June 12th at 9am
The Whole You invites our local moms to set aside one Saturday morning each month to come fill their cup. The first date of our Satuday Mom's Yoga series is June 12th!
This class is for all skill levels with a suggested donation of $10/class. Bring your own mat and open your mind.
After yoga, explore the farmers market next door (9am-2pm) or visit Radford Coffee Company to fill your other cup :)
