Celebrate and savor the delicate flavors of summer featuring delicious cooling mints and cheerful edible flowers. Local community herbalists Katherine Elmer and Kara Buchanan will provide delicious herbal “mocktails” featuring locally grown or wild-crafted medicinal plants, sparkling water, local honey, and edible flowers. There will be a brief introduction to herbal syrup making and the art and science of herbal mocktail blending for flavor and healing benefits.
