Operations Coordinator will work 40-60 hours, depending on the workload. Candidates meeting the requirements below are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: • Wash, Clean & disinfect facility vehicles daily – with completion of checklists (cleaning, safety, cyber security, etc.) • Troubleshoot certain electronic signal issues/DTC’s (Training will be provided) • Manage lost & found – logging & managing in TMS – Software System • Process automated work orders & create new ones for manual repairs in TMS • Shuttle vehicles to local dealerships for repairs and/or for maintenance intervals • Parts Inventory Management & Auditing • Light maintenance: e.g. Oil Changes / Tire-Wheel & Battery replacement / topping off fluids / replacing fuses • Maintain log of work tools and supplies • Test products and complete evaluation forms to present to the Team • Complete required online training • Attend scheduled meetings – As appropriate • Night Shift hours required • Maintain a safe work environment • Maintain a professional appearance • Manage other tasks as assigned Shift: • AM Shift: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (Monday - Friday) • Must be available to work 5 days per week • Must be available to work overtime and weekends, as needed Retirees and veterans are welcome.
