Amerijet International is hiring individuals to work as full-time Cargo Handlers in our Cargo Warehouse. Job duties include processing inbound cargo in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. Additional job duties will include storing, building, and transporting pallets to the loader for the aircraft. Other functions include securing pallets in proper aircraft positions, working in a cooler environment, and assisting in other cargo services departments as required by workload. Cargo Handlers must have a valid driver's license and forklift experience. This is a physical, fast-paced, and team-driven position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and securing cargo, that typically weighs 25 to 70 lbs. Full-time Cargo Handlers work a flexible and rotating schedule that can include any shift (Monday through Sunday), with two scheduled days off. Cargo Handlers must also be available to work on weekends or selected holidays and must have the flexibility to work day or evening shifts. Cargo Handlers receive a starting pay rate of $15.00 per hour with a career path and tuition reimbursement opportunities.
