Our property management company is seeking a Property Maintenance Superintendent to join our amazing team. We are looking for someone who will be on site and will handle work orders and turnovers. Candidates should must have a background in property maintenance/super. Skills should include electric, plumbing, and sheet rocking experience. Must be a team player with good communication skills and possess the ability to work individually or with others. Reliable transportation is necessary. Candidates must be able to speak and write English. Candidates must have a smartphone. Employees are expected to have their own set of tools. Must have a clean record and must undergo background check. 3+ years in property maintenance Job Type: Full time Education: High School License: Driver’s License Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18 - $25 per hour
