A sequel to my indoor ribs class. This is an outdoor grilling class, including learning how to start a fire and control your temperature.
We will prepare ribs (everyone gets their own slab), prepare a fire for grilling, learn about how to control our temperature. We will also make side dishes and cook our own sauce from scratch. At the end of our time together you will have:
A slab of Baby Back Ribs *2 side dishes and dessert*A working knowledge of how to grill at home*Participants have the option of dining with the participants at the venue or taking their food home. We ask that all participants help with clean-up during and at the end of the session.
