iPro Building Services is looking for our next ROCKSTAR! We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage janitorial and cleaning operations and advance with our company. The ideal candidate will: be detail oriented, work well with people, be customer service focused, work independently, have stable and successful employment history, 1-3 years of experience in the janitorial industry, have transportation, pass a background and drug test and be entrepreneurial. Duties: Screen, interview and hire potential employees Train, check and manage multiple crews Perform quality control checks at customer sites Administer substitute duties Administer job scheduling and time-sheets Deliver supplies and equipment to customer sites Communicate positively with customers and handle opportunities, concerns and problems Identify additional cleaning and maintenance needs for current customers. This position requires travel and some overnight stays. A clean driving record is needed to be able to drive company vehicles - if you don't have a clean driving record please do not apply. This position is mainly after hours work - 4pm or 5pm start times working until midnight/1am - Monday-Friday with some weekends (rare). Qualifications: College degree preferred 3-5 years management and/or janitorial experience Stable and successful work history Detail oriented Well organized Ability to prioritize and multi-task Strong people skills Flexible Positive attitude Drug Free Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record Have transportation Compensation: $32,500 - $36,000 annual salary D.O.E.
