Discover your new favorite red wine! We're all familiar with Pinot Noir, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon but what about César, Blaufränkisch and Mencía? In this class, I'll introduce you to some unconventional reds that will expand your palate and challenge your assumptions about red wines. Who knows, you may find a few new favorites! The cost is just $30 per person and includes a tasting of 6 quality wines, noshes and educational materials! More Details • Face coverings are now optional at WineNot Boutique. • A separate table and chairs will be set up for each student or group and all tables will be spaced according to the current recommended guidelines. • We will still be serving delicious noshes to complement the wines! Each table will have its own individually prepared plate. • All WineNot instructors will be wearing face coverings when we serve you. We carry many highly rated and collectible wines but we also carry many casual wines suitable for every day drinking. Since the key to finding the wines you love is to taste them, we offer two free wine tastings every week. Every Wednesday from 5-8pm and Saturday from 1-5pm we host free, casual wine tastings where we sample 5-10 wines paired with our artisan cheese, charcuterie, and specialty foods. At the Saturday tasting we also offer a craft beer tasting.   WineNot carries a wide variety of specialty food products including an extensive selection of artisan cheese, fine olive oils, balsamics, Italian pasta, chocolate, and more. We carry many wine related gifts and accessories and our custom wine gift baskets have won rave reviews.   For those who want to venture further, we offer many wine tasting special events and the wine classes at WineNot Boutique offer top-notch wine education for everyone from beginners to serious wine experts.
