Yoga for Stress Relief 75 minute Workshop & Gong Bath
Join Gillian Eliza, E-RYT, Trauma Informed Teacher, YCAEP, at Wild Heart Yoga for a very special 75 minute workshop focused on yoga for stress relief.
We will begin with a gentle flow to help settle in to the space, followed by a discussion on how anxiety & stress can impact your body. You will learn some physical tools to help manage stress & anxiety as well as some tips on how to manage during a physical practice. Our time will close out together with a yoga nidra (guided meditation) accompanied by a gong bath by Steven Joyner.
Mats will be spaced 3 feet apart as reccomended by CDC. If you are vaccinated wearing a mask will be optional, hands on assists will be offered but you will have the opportunity to opt-out.
