Sheetrock with Scaffolding Needed

We had someone walk in our attic and create an 3 feet x 3 feet opening in the ceiling. The ceiling is around 25-30 feet from the ground. I need a contractor with proper scaffolding to come and fix this. You will need to plaster sheetrock and then paint this area. Please provide your price and availability for this job.
