Attendees will leave with various tools, including being attuned to Reiki Level 1, to help with their mental and emotional health. Red Thread is so excited to get to provide a Reiki training workshop for youth, ages 12-18 (exceptions for younger children on a case to case basis). This training will include attunement and instruction on Level 1 Holy Fire Reiki II principles, and will be centered around teaching them how to use it as a self healing tool. Our intention is to help students connect with their own divine knowledge, authenticity, and empowerment. Along with lecture and instruction, we will also get to do various hands on activities to experience using Reiki and intentionally moving and feeling energy. Each student will receive a packet with information on Reiki and its history, a journal, and a tumbled stone kit, and snacks will be provided. A parent orientation meeting will be held on Friday, July 16 (time TBD)
