Wynn Varble hosts a special "Muletown in the Round" session with songwriting guests Phillip Lammonds and Aaron Raitiere. This round we've got singer-songwriter night with host Wynn Varble and singer-songwriter guests Phillip Lammonds and Aaron Raitiere. ----- Phillip Lammonds is a songwriter and talented instrumentalist from the musically rich mountains of North Carolina. After fifteen years, fifty or so trips to Nashville, and cuts on major artists—Hootie and the Blowfish, Josh Turner, Craig Morgan—Phillip moved to music city to pursue songwriting full time. He stepped onto the scene with a publishing deal from Curb Entertainment and a back catalog nearly five hundred songs strong. Phillip’s songs have been recorded by artists like Lee Brice, Jerrod Niemann, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton, Edwin McCain, Craig Morgan, Kellie Pickler, Mo Pitney, and Dylan Scott. Aaron Raitiere (Ray-Tee-Air) is a lyricist, performer, and visual artist from Central KY. Hi is also a writer for Thirty Tigers (the label of Jason Isbell, Tyler Childers, Sturgill Simpson, and many others) and recently won a Grammy for ‘A Star is Born’ with Lady Gaga.” He has also successfully collaborated with artists such as Anderson East, The Oak Ridge Boys, Robert Randolph, Whiskey Myers, Montgomery Gentry, Miranda Lambert, Brent Cobb, Ashley Monroe, Randy Rogers, Ashley McBryde, Lori McKenna, Shooter Jennings, Natalie Hemby, Ed Sheeran, Avicci, and many others. Host Wynn Varble is an American country music musician and songwriter. Varble co-wrote the hit songs "Have You Forgotten?," "Waitin' on a Woman," "Things That Never Cross a Man's Mind," and "A Little More Country Than That."
