Property in North Houston seeking an Experience Maintenance who can work a 95 unit property. Potential Candidates must be reliable and dependable and have 3+ years of apartment industry experience. This property is a one-person maintenance staff! So it requires a go-getter! Responsibilities: Groundskeeping, Keep the property clean at all times! Ticket Running Troubleshoot and repair appliances as needed Trash-outs Prepare vacant apartments for turnover Create and maintain a safe work environment Qualifications: Sheetrock, tape, and float, Texture, touch up paint Make-ready 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting HVAC and EPA experience but not a Must The Starting pay $15+ DOE
