This is a network of schools using improvement science to create tools and resources for the benefit of all. Incredible work is happening in Christian schools! Don't improve alone. We are better together when Christian leaders employ disciplined inquiry on the problems that matter most. If your school is ready to catalyze leadership development and schoolwide improvement, this event is you. On March 8, 2022, your school can join school teams from other schools for a morning immersion of what we hope will be a year of improvement. By the end of our time together, you will be introduced to Collective Leadership and see how applying improvement science to common problem of practice can lead to better student outcomes. Problems of Practice We're Solving Together: 1) Student and educator well-being 2) Student engagement 3) Student assessment and feedback 4) Teacher feedback and peer observation for improved student excellence 5) Enhanced teacher and administrator evaluation for improved student excellence Cost: $150.00 per person. We believe that Collective Leadership Improvement Communities result in transformational work and the discovery of tools that could significantly advance school leadership. As improvement is continuous, we hope this will become an ongoing part of your annual growth. The Center for Christian Education exists to equip leaders for impactful, innovative, mission-minded service promoting excellence and effectiveness in faith-based schools. The aim of the CCE is to create an avenue for leaders of education to not only excel in the role of Christian leader but to provide transformational leadership within the leader’s distinct institution that will positively impact generations of students.
