Join us for a Birds of Prey for Father's Day - Saturday, June 19th - with the American Wildlife Refuge. Join us for a Birds of Prey for Father's Day - Saturday, June 19th - with the American Wildlife Refuge as they set up various stations around the garden center to discuss the habits & protection of these beautiful birds. This is a family friendly event that allows for learning as well as social distance. This event is FREE, but we encourage you to support the American Wildlife Refuge. The AWR rescues birds of prey, rehabilitates injured raptors, releases rehabilitated birds, provides a refuge for un-releasable birds, and  educates the public about wild raptors in the Raleigh, NC area and beyond.
