Wind River Karelian Bear Dogs Join the Wind River Bear Institute biologists and their Karelian Bear Dog Partners as they present a live demonstration on the use of these highly trained Wildlife K-9s in preventing or reducing human/wildlife conflict. Watch these “bear shepherds” in action as they teach both humans and wildlife how to coexist. Since 1894, the Missoula Public Library has been working to provide programs, materials, and services to meet the informational, cultural, recreational, and educational needs of its patrons in Missoula County.  Much has changed in the intervening years but two things have not changed: the library’s commitment to providing useful and relevant materials and the staff’s commitment to providing great service.
