Job Summary (may include but not limited to): Must be comfortable working in tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces) and heights (ladders/scaffolding) Load and unload insulation material (must be able to lift 40 pounds) Complete prep work for installation (foaming penetrations, caulking gaps, installing baffles, etc) Cut sections of batt insulation for proper fit (walls, ceilings, floors, etc) Install mesh fabric (netting) Load blower machine with material and blow to instructed depth and density Install vapor and air barriers as needed Use common hand tools (knives, saws, staple guns, etc) Some HVAC ductwork repair and sealing as needed Properly maintain equipment and tools Follow safety guidelines and procedures Must have a cell phone and valid drivers license Minimum one year construction experience preferred Piece rate compensation (equal to or more than minimum wage)
