You can have your cake and eat it too! Gluten free desserts that are seriously delicious! In this class Chef Rob will share with you several gluten free desserts that will satisfy your sweet tooth. Don't worry, you will be served a nice berry salad w/ house made dressing at the beginning of the class - that should cancel out the calories from all the dessert tasting, right?
Cost for this class is $55/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Chef and staff are required to wear mask. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. We will ask that you allow your temperature taken upon entering the kitchen. What to Expect:In this semi hands-on class Chef Rob will demonstrate how to make several gluten free desserts. Although this class is not totally hands on, you will have a chance to participate at various times throughout the class. You will be served a nice mixed green salad w/ fruit and house made vinaigrette dressing at the beginning of the class while Chef begins his introduction. You will be served a portion of each dessert prepared. Rob is the culinary instructor at Bob Jones University. After his wife developed an allergy to gluten, he spent many hours developing recipes that taste just as good if not better than those containing wheat flour.
