EXPRESS SERVICE ADVISOR position available with San Tan Hyundai in Gilbert, AZ! San Tan Hyundai is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our busy Service Department! Major Responsibilities: · Oversee service orders and flow of driveline · Ensure that customers receive prompt and effective service · Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor · Check on the progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customer to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate promised time of delivery or recommended services · Provide exceptional customer service!
