Job Description Full time Make Ready/Maintenance/Handyman Needed for established growing Property Management company in Bastrop with homes in Bastrop, Hays and Travis county. Must have at least two years of experience, be reliable, and take pride in work. Will work on multiple properties with new challenges each day. Regular duties include but are not limited to the following: make readies of property including full or touch up paint, repair plaster holes in walls, caulking, changing locks, making keys, replace light bulbs and ac filters, check proper operation of smoke detectors, repair or replace mini-blinds. Will also include jobs such as repairs on appliances and ceiling fans when needed, toilet and sink plunging and repairs, trash pick up and hauling, and other miscellaneous jobs Must have reliable transportation Mileage allowance available. Must be physically able to perform all tasks. Must be reliable and trustworthy and must pass a comprehensive BACKGROUND CHECK. Work Hours: 8:30-5:30 Monday through Friday some weekends required.
