MARBLEHEAD, MA — A little rain and cold did not get the Marblehead Farmers' Market down in its season debut on Saturday.
Back at the Marblehead Veterans Middle School, the farmers' market was set to host a collection of vendors that ranged from vegetables, eggs and crepes, to books and knife sharpening.
Saturday was the first day without extensive coronavirus-related protocols since 2019.
"The market should feel much more like pre-Covid markets, with fewer restrictions but we ask you to please be patient, safe and respectful of our vendors, volunteers and each other," market organizers requested.
