Description
EDCO Collaborative will be holding an online open auction – Various surplus items including office furniture, school furniture, technology, equipment and various supplies and materials will be available. The online auction will be held on Municibid.com and will begin June 7, 2021, and end June 21, 2021. Items may be searched on Municibid.com with search criteria including “Massachusetts” and “EDCO Collaborative”. Inspection of supplies may be done either photographically on Municibid.com or in person at EDCO Collaborative, 36 Middlesex Turnpike, Bedford MA 01730 on June 17 or 18 between 9am and 2pm.
The surplus supplies will be rewarded to the responsive bidder offering the highest price for the item(s) described in the invitation for bids. EDCO Collaborative reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to dispose of the item(s) through a negotiated sale, provided that the negotiated sale price is higher than the highest bid received from a responsive bidder.
