Theo well he’s definitely one of a kind. I tried to be honest about him. He’s a mess. Theo is a one year old kitty that is neutered, litter box trained, utd shots, eats cat chow and likes his scratching post. He has never been outside and will run out the door any chance he gets but is terrified and runs right back in. Theo is not a social cat, he doesn’t like people or other cats. He wants to be petted once in a blue moon but he has to want it or he will lightly bite you. He likes to be scratched by his ears but beware of his tail cause he hates for you to touch it. He will let you know when something is not to his liking by jumping at you and meowing loudly. He does like to be recognized when you leave and come home, a simple hi Theo, bye bye Theo is sufficient. He spends his days asleep in the window or chairs, he likes to play with strings and laser lights. Theo prefers men especially one that’s as bipolar and ocd as he is. He likes his liter box clean, likes his food bowl full (he only eats cat food and doesn’t mess with you while you are eating unless it’s popcorn), his scratching post close to his water bowl and likes fresh water daily (prefers cold or ice in his water)or he will try to drink from the sink, bathtub or if all else fails the toilet. He doesn’t really need much just someone that understands him. He sleeps all night on the couch unless you forgot to change his water or change his litter box (he has two, one for pee and one for poo) and then he will meow for hours at the bedroom door and will rotate out doors with everyone in the house so no one sleeps until someone gets up to meet his needs. He likes to beat up other cats, slap kittens and growl at them, but he does like to play with cat friendly dogs, he rolls the weinee dog around and bites it while he’s playing rough( the poor weinee dog is traumatized). I have to say as long as his scratching post is near he will not scratch your furniture, he has never marked his territory (he just whips butt) and usually doesn’t get on table or counter unless he’s upset about water not being to his liking. The last 2 people that came to meet him he ran from them, got under the bed and refused to come out, then when they left he sashayed out of the bedroom and to his favorite chair and hasn’t been under the bed since. They thought Theo was a wild cat but he was just misbehaving because he wants to stay here and terrorize us.
