Press release from East Islip School District: June 1, 2021 The six seniors on East Islip High School's girls golf team – Juliana Chillemi, Danielle Muroff, Sarah Piccinini, Jacklyn Schiano, captain Sophia Stryjewski and Marie Tohill – were honored for Senior Day at Timberpoint Golf Course on May 19. Each golfer was greeted by family and friends as they came off the ninth hole and presented with a bouquet of flowers and a poster signed by their teammates. After the match, the seniors and their parents shared a cake on the course terrace. "This was a great way for the girls to end their senior days and years of playing varsity golf," said coach Judith Fischer. This press release was produced by East Islip School District.
