Havas Street is hiring brand ambassadors for a premium alcohol portfolio that includes bourbon-whiskey, cognac, and tequila. BAs will conduct tastings at local venues throughout Santa Rosa (and any surrounding suburbs) in order to convert sales for the brand. We are a marketing agency that focuses on developing brand activations that develop a more personal connection between a brand and its key consumer. Havas STREET's recruiting team is responsible for fulfilling staffing needs for promotional events that include: street teams, guerilla sampling and off/on premise. Pay Rate: $34/hour (W-2, weekly pay) - Paid training Program duration: - Part-time schedule; up to 10 hours per week - Shifts are evenings and weekends; flexible scheduling so staff can sign up for shifts based on your own availability and ability to travel - Shifts are 2-4 hours long, unless otherwise noted - Venues include liquor stores and local markets, at times bars and restaurants - More elaborate events include drive-in movies, outdoor beer or "whiskey" gardens, etc. What to expect: - Travel to assigned venues in the Santa Rosa area and set-up booth or table per brand standards - Distribute samples whether it is cognac or bourbon whiskey (in accordance with legalities) or hand out branded freebies to consumers - Educate consumers on the brand’s product messaging; encourage engagement via iPad games and data capturing - Distribute coupons and push sales of the product - Bring fun energy and a memorable experience to consumers - Submit an event recap & timesheet in a timely manner Essentials: - Be 21+ to apply - Comfortable working on feet and working with others - Those with hospitality/bartending/Customer service experience are encouraged to apply - Be willing to abide by CDC guidelines, including wearing a mask & gloves during shifts (provided) If interested, please respond with your name and a current resume!
