The City of Redmond Parks and Recreation Department is actively recruiting for a Recreation Business Manager. This manager should be a strategic, community minded leader, focused on cultural arts, public art policy, communications and marketing, internal and external event oversight and permitting, citywide customer service, system processes and maintenance, and staff management. This position will work collaboratively to plan, direct, coordinate, and manage the comprehensive work in the Recreation Division and staff overseeing programs, services, and facilities with a focus on healthy lifestyles and community connection. A Bachelor's degree in recreation management, public administration, or related field and five years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in recreation management or closely related field required.
