Description
Local condominium in LBTS/Pompano, Looking for a part time person.
3 days per week Monday, Thursday, Friday, - 6 hours per day (18 hours per week )
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Must be able to move/push the dumpster out to curb for pick up.
Wash pool area, keep pool and beach areas organized and clean.
Skim pool, Jacuzzi, and fountain daily or as needed.
Walk property daily and pick up any debris.
Periodically trim seagrass out by small beach area.
Power blow perimeter of property.
Replace lightbulbs as needed.
Do a walk through property weekly, including emergency stairwells and report any issues.
Periodically run sprinkler system and test all zones and report any issues that need repair.
Check and clean BBQ grill as needed.
Maintain workshops, pump room and generator room to be neat and clean.
Person must be clean and organized, & pay attention to details.
