Now hiring for cook and server summer positions at an outdoor food booth in Hoodsport. The menu is short but high quality; this is not a concession stand. Professionals encouraged to apply.

All applicants must be able to maintain a professional, tidy and clean workplace per the owner's expectations, have good personal hygiene, math and English skills.
Schedule:
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through the end of August
2pm - 8pm (hours could change but shifts will never be longer than 8 hours)
COOK DUTIES
Have a current food worker card
Man grill and griddle stations for multiple simultaneous small orders
Maintain a tidy customer-visible workspace
Follow all health department rules for food safety and sanitation
Maintain attention to food temps and ice chest temps
Good communication skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Assist with setup and breakdown of booth
Cleaning booth equipment as needed and at the end of each day
Pay: $18/hour + equal share of tip pool
SERVER DUTIES
Have current food worker card
Serving customers (food bar only, no table service)
Cleaning, wiping and tidying after customers
Assisting the cook as needed to refill ice, coolers and propane
Occasional errand runs as needed
Work the cashier and order station
Pay: $18/hour + equal share of tip pool
No background check required, only reliability and willingness to work. Will train the right person. Women and minorities also encouraged to apply.
