We are a landscaping company specializing in fine gardening, landscape maintenance, planting installation, and landscape construction. Position Requirements: Take pride in their work Must be able to complete physical labor including bending, lifting, digging, kneeling, etc. Minimum of two years experience in the industry Ability to identify native weeds, ornamental plants, and other plants Valid driver license Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to work a flexible schedule during peak season (Spring-Fall). 35-45 hours per week. We pay overtime! We typically work 4, 10-hour shifts (3-day weekends!), Valentine's Day through Thanksgiving, and 5, 8-hour shifts Thanksgiving through Valentine's Day, due to the shorter days. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: During COVID, our crew members provide their own transportation to and from all job sites. We work outdoors, at 6+ feet apart, in masks, and do not come in direct contact with clients. We work towards a safe interview and working environment for all!
