We are a small, very fast growing business in need of a Operations Manager. We are a pack out company that specialize in moving contents for people during emergency situations. We’re looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to efficiently manage teams. You will provide leadership and supervision to ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently. This is a unique position within our company that will require you to be on call and work weekends. We are an emergency service company that responds to any call at any time. A driver's license is required for this position. Responsibilities Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities. Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment. Develops personal growth opportunities. Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees. Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
