The Silver Cloud Hotel Seattle Broadway is located in Capitol Hill directly across the street from Seattle University and Swedish Medical Complex. Our hotel features 179 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites, pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center, business center and 2000+ sq ft of flexible meeting space. Jimmy’s on Broadway, our on-site restaurant features Pacific Northwest cuisine in a casual yet upscale environment. We are currently seeking candidates for: • Hotel Maintenance (FT) The hotel maintenance team member is responsible for general repairs in and around the hotel. These duties include, but are not limited to general repair in guestrooms, common areas, food and beverage facilities and back of the house areas including mechanical areas. Repairs can include (but are not limited to) minor electrical and plumbing, carpentry, painting and finish work, mechanical and guest related services. Qualifications include: - at least two years’ experience in hotel maintenance or similar apartment/facilities maintenance - at least two years’ experience as maintenance technician in a full service hotel environment - experience in HVAC/minor Electrical/Plumbing, restaurant equipment and Pool maintenance - Customer service attitude and great people skills. You must have a passion to deliver outstanding customer service as you will be interacting with hotel guests daily. Previous maintenance related work experience required. Hotel maintenance experience strongly preferred.
