Eco Car Cafe specializes in auto detailing, paint restoration and other car cosmetic services. We are obsessive over our ‘eco’ pledge & are committed to using only all-natural, organic products that are safe for our staff, customers, & the environment. Our vision is to change the way you wash your car! Currently have 2 convenient shops located at Bellevue & Northgate Mall. JOB DUTIES (include but not limited to) - Serving our customers which includes greeting everyone with a smile, check-ins, pre/post vehicle walk throughs, & resolving any customer issues. A great attitude is required! - We are a car wash & detail company so expect to work hard. Duties include: washing, streaming, waxing, cutting & buffing, etc. Hard work is rewarded! - We use steam in our cleaning method in order to provide a superior deep clean. Must be comfortable working with steam & performing other interior services such as: stain removal, leather conditioning, pet hair removal, etc. Attention to detail is a must! - Provide mobile detail & paint corrective services as needed/required. - Upholding the companies values & image. Cleaning is our business so it is essential to keep the shop, workspace tidy. Responsibilities include taking out trash, prep work, clean up and other common store service tasks. REQUIREMENTS - 2 years of experience in the auto detailing industry - Experience with paint correction - Experience with ceramic coating (preferred) - Excellent customer service skills - Team work & collaboration - Flexibility to work at any of our locations - Valid driver’s license - High school diploma or GED - Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles COMPENSATION - Hourly: $16 up to $25 - Tips paid out - Commissions - Paid time off: 7 days + 7 paid company holidays - 401k with company match - Health insurance (coming soon) - Company events & promotions - Ability to wash personal vehicles onsite - Complimentary snack bar
