Essential Job Functions The Plant Operations | Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance including grounds-keeping. Tracks all expenditures of the department and maintains a written record of all work accomplished. Assists in coordination of community events. Supervises and trains all Plant Operations employees. Works as part of the management team. Responsible for department budget. Coordinates scheduled service from outside vendors for all mechanical systems. Maintains all records pertaining to fire inspections, and all other inspections pertaining to the licensure of the community.
