Rehoming a mix chihuahua

Rehoming a 3 month male mix Chihuahua. The reason is that my older dog is not getting along with him... He has all puppy shots, rabbits,just missing one set, neutered, microchip potty trained is good so far only outside. Gets along with kids with other dogs not sure about cats. There’s a rehoming fee $$$
