Sign Installers, Fabricators and Estimators (Salinas) Established Sign Company in Monterey County is now accepting applications for both part time and full time positions for reliable individuals with a positive attitude that want to work in a fast paced environment. Candidate must be able to work well with others as well as independently and should comfortably multi-task and prioritize effectively. Our ideal candidate would have a good working knowledge in the sign industry and the ability to communicate well with our production manager, managers and fabricators on a daily basis; and above all, someone who is professional, personable, passionate about signs and is interested in working on projects from inception to completion in a friendly, collaborative and quality driven environment. Qualifications Include: * Installation of vehicle graphics and on-site installations * Physically capable of lifting 80lbs. * A valid driver's license and clean record * Be comfortable at heights, on ladders and in boom lifts * Be comfortable in confined spaces * Knowledge of basic carpentry such as drills, saws, sanders, hand tools, etc. * Sign making and installation experience is preferred * Ability to work quickly and efficiently without supervision * Knowledge of basic electrical, carpentry, welding, painting or other trade skills is preferred * Ability to interact with customers professionally and with respect * Sign shop experience a plus but not required Hours are flexible, normal hours M-F 9:00-5:00, however some installations may require earlier hours and/or some weekends.
