We are looking for a reliable and motivated Handyman to oversee and manage a wide range of repair jobs, typically for individuals or groups at residential or commercial locations. These tasks include Tile, Drywall repair, flooring, TV mounting, Roofing, Siding, Wood rot repair, carpentry, etc. We expect you to have your own tools, transportation, be organized and have good time management skills as well as with strong general repair skills. Don't let the 'Handyman' name fool you, we do nice projects in a lot of nice homes and this can be a long term opportunity for the right person. We're looking for one experienced, motivated and reliable who enjoys working directly with customers to successfully complete current projects and open doors to future projects. This position offers flexible scheduling between Monday and Friday. You give us your availability and our dedicated dispatch team schedules accordingly. A starting pay up to $30/hr with a $1000 sign on bonus once you reach 60 days.

 -Must be willing to accept a 1099 position.
 -Must be available during normal business hours Monday-Friday -The amount of work is given by availability and skill set.
 -Must have all tools necessary for the job. 
-Must have transportation. (Truck, SUV, and or work van) Please no cars
 
-Must be willing to travel throughout the Charlotte area.

 -We pay for all material needed to complete jobs.
