Grounds Keeper Needed for an Established Property Management Company

Established Property Management Company Looking for a Grounds Keeper to travel between our portfolios multifamily properties on a daily basis to maintain each properties' appearance and tidiness. Job requires a valid drivers license and cleaning driving record. Job duties include, collecting trash around the property, wheeling trash bins to the street on specific dates, tagging inoperable vehicles with tow tags, delivery of tenant letters and reporting back to the manager the overall condition of the property. Will have some access to the company vehicle when it is not in use by another member of the team. Days of work will be M-F 8:30am-5:30pm.
