Seeking a cleaner with “residential” experience only. Looking for an exceptional person who is reliable and trustworthy. This position is labor intensive, which requires a lot of bending, reaching, on your
hand and knees and light furniture moving. I require a work interview that you will be compensated for. Pay is a flat rate per house, which averages $20-22 per hour. Also, offer a yearly bonus.
