We are looking to hire a motivated, organized, and problem-solving project manager/executive assistant for a busy, well-established, innovating company in the cannabis industry. An ideal position for someone with a mash-up of a lot of technical and mechanical skills, academic training, experience and/or interest in the exciting possibilities unfolding in the industry. Must have that can-do, will-do, got-it-done attitude. Responsibilities -Basic Project Management including budget oversight and reporting -Handling confidential information appropriately. -Completing daily and long-term tasks as assigned. -Running errands and tracking routine work tasks done by others -Prepping executives for high level meetings and calls -Keeping open lines of communication between stakeholders, executives, and operations. -Filing agency reports; ensuring professional documents are drafted, completed, and filed on time. -Draft, prepare, distribute various correspondence and follow-up as needed. -Prepare meeting agendas and presentations to facilitate outcomes. Requirements -Previous experience as an executive or personal assistant; project management or cannabis experience is highly desired. -Preference for academic training, bachelor's in relevent field, or equivalent/mix of proven record of work experience. -Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines. -Superior Organizational skills and ability to multitask between multiple managers as assigned. -Must be well spoken, very sharp, and good charisma is a plus. -Must be task oriented, work well under pressure, and be able to prioritize. -Thick skin and a can-do, positive attitude geared towards problem solving. -Able to wear multiple capes and leap high buildings in a single bound... (not really but being good at a lot of things is important) -Tech savvy across multiple platforms. Would you like to know more?
