Transfer Vehicle from Utah to Denver

I am looking for someone to pick up a Jeep Cherokee Laredo in Richfield, UT (1 mile off I70) and deliver to Denver (1 mile off I70). Vehicle has a bad transfer case so can not be driven - needs to be transported on a flatbed truck or trailer. I am extremely flexible on when this is done. Just needs to be sometime in the next 2 weeks.
