Build a Small Floating Wood Deck

I would like to consider bids for someone, or a team, to build a small 10 x 10 floating, wooden deck. See the above url with a picture of what I have in mind. I have recycled deck wood and composite that I would like to reuse if I can. Will purchase whatever additional materials are needed. Please let me know when you could come by to look at the space in the yard and the materials. There is no specific timeline so you can fit me in between other projects. I would like to know about the experience you have performing this kind of work. Thank you in advance for your consideration of this project.
