If that describes you, then our position at  The UPS Store would require the following: - Greet and welcome customers in person on on the phone - Operate Point of Sale System, office equipment (fax, copy, print and laminating machines etc) - Accurately determine customer needs for shipping and accurately process transactions for UPS and US Postal Services letters and packages. - Be able to determine box sizes and packaging for all shipments using store methods. - Process Amazon returns and consolidate shipping returns to Amazon per store guidelines. - Understand and manage all mailbox customers from incoming/outgoing mail and packages. Selling and opening mailboxes. - Inventory management (stocking, pricing, restocking) and store is kept clean. Applicant Qualifications Ability to lift 40 poundsAbility to stand for shift High school or equivalent (Preferred) California ID or Driver's License (Preferred)Good with computers Multiple positions available. Training in Laguna Beach.  Positions in Laguna Beach, Irvine and Newport Coast. We are NOT UPS. We are individually owned franchises.  Please specify availability by day and hours.
