Food poisoning after eating PV McDonald last Saturday night

Mc Spicys to be specific. We all got food from there Saturday night and within hours of eating got terribly sick with severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills and hot flashes, sweating, migraines, and fever! My son didn't eat his until the next day as leftovers, we hadn't yet figured out what was happening to us, but like clockwork 6 hours later and he was sick as a dog too! We were McPoisoned, hard to believe we were the only ones!
