Rehoming an old family friend

Pe’Pe is a chihuahua that we’ve had sense he was a pup. It breaks my heart to do this but we need to rehome him he is 10yrs old and missing quite a few teeth, his tongue hangs a little. Im moving my mother in and sadly we can not bring him across the states. Im asking for someone who’s willing to take this old boy and treat him right for as long as he has left.
