Description

Responsibilities: -Plan, schedule, assign, and supervise the duties associated with landscape construction including site and crew management -Ability to operate a variety of equipment including a skid loader, compact track loader, mini excavator, and other related equipment -Lead team of 3-5 landscaping specialists -Read, interpret, and utilize plot maps for landscape construction -Communicate with the landscape specialists, project managers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders regarding the progress of the project Required Qualifications: -Highly coachable -Ability to lift 50+ pounds -Some English or Spanish proficiency -Willingness to wake up at sunrise regularly and work in inclement weather Hours: -40 hours a week, typically from Monday to Friday -Some weekend work may occur but it is not typical Compensation and benefits: -$27 an hour, adjusted for experience. $500 starting bonus after 90 days of employment. -Opportunity for performance based raises every three to six months -Overtime pay after 40 hours worked in a 7-day period -Once a month company barbecues EMAIL OR CALL - CONTACT AT OUR WEBSITE 'Hartigan.co'
