Found this guy at an apartment complex a block behind North Star Mall (on W Rampart). He is not microchipped. Has an owner based on his appearance and behavior. Posted on multiple sites (Facebook, NextDoor, PawBoost, etc.) If owner is not found, we will provide him to a rescue to adopt out.
